Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

We currently use Canada Post for our shipping service.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For purchases over $100 shipping is included.

BOUTIQUE PICK-UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Airdrie. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with a link to schedule your pick-up and instructions for your arrival.

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Wednesday 10am-6pm, Thursday 10am-8pm and Friday & Saturdays 10am-3pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do NOT offer international shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We do not ship the following items because of the risk of damage:

  • Matches
  • Soaps and Lotions packaged in glass bottles.
  • Large or oversized items.
  • Marble or excessively heavy items.

If your package arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at boutique@boulevardhome.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange only, as we are a small family run business and do not offer refunds.

Shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items and the customer will bear the shipping cost for any returns.
We do not offer refunds on items lost or stolen through the shipping process. By requesting the items be shipped the customer takes responsibility and is aware of the risks associated with shipping.
Tracking numbers will be provided, if you wish to upgrade your shipping to cover insurance for your items please email us at boutique@boulevardhome.ca immediately after placing your order.
