Returns or exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or exchange only, as we do not offer refunds.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted and seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns on any custom orders.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging with no visible signs of wear or use.
Shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items and the customer will bear the shipping cost for any returns.
We do not offer refunds on items lost or stolen through the shipping process.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We currently use Canada Post for our shipping service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For purchases over $100 shipping is included.
Local delivery Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Airdrie, Alberta. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays from 10am-2pm and on Thursdays from 1pm-7pm. You will receive a link after your purchase to schedule your delivery.
In-store pickup You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Airdrie. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with a link to schedule your pick-up and instructions for your arrival.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm and Friday & Saturdays 10am-3pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping We currently do NOT offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

By requesting the items be shipped the customer takes responsibility and is aware of the risks associated with shipping. Tracking numbers will be provided, if you wish to upgrade your shipping to cover insurance for your items please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order.
Damaged or broken items
We do not ship the following items because of the risk of damage:
Soaps and Lotions packaged in glass bottles Large or oversized marble trays
If your package arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
